Delfield D4427NP-12M Description

Two drawers in the Delfield D4427NP-12M salad prep table accommodate 12 sixth-size food pans. Using solid-state electronic controls, employees can adjust the temperature within the range of 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit; its refrigeration system is self-contained to streamline installation. The condenser is front breathing and cools with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. For mobility, the unit is positioned on 5-inch casters.

The Delfield D4427NP-12M sandwich prep table uses a patented air screen that keeps product cool without being dried out. This unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to prevent unwanted temperature loss. Providing a place for users to slice and prep ingredients, the top has an 8-inch polyethylene cutting board. This table is made of stainless steel to provide durability and resistance against common kitchen wear and tear.
