Once it has been frozen overnight, the Carlisle CM110803 whipped cream can chiller keeps its contents cool for as long as 8 hours. Its nontoxic, refrigerant-gel insulation is sealed inside a bag and maintains temperatures at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. So they are prepared to instantly dispense whipped cream rather than propellant, whipped cream cans are stored upside down in the unit.
