The Carlisle 492808 solid portion spoon accurately measures four ounces of ingredients. The bottom is flat, so chefs can use it to spread sauces evenly. Because it is dry heat-resistant to temperatures as high as 270 degrees Fahrenheit, it can be used to scoop and measure hot foods. It is green for use in color-coded applications and specific food types. When chefs are finished using this spoon, it can be hung for storage using a hole in the handle, and it is dishwasher safe for cleaning.
