The split shape of the Carlisle 4042100 Hi-Lo™ floor scrub is ideal for cleaning flat surfaces such as baseboards and kitchen tile. So they will not hold mold or mildew, the bristles are crimped, and the polypropylene block has a hole to attach a handle. By attaching a handle, users will be able to comfortably use this unit without getting down on the floor.
