This Carlisle 4040000 Sparta® pastry brush is part of the Chef Series™. Its 1-inch-wide white nylon bristles create a circular structure for even glazing on top of pastries and croissants. The bristles are soft enough to deliver a thin layer of glaze and are epoxy set to brown plastic ferrules at the end of the handle for secure attachment. The lacquered hardwood handle is sturdy enough to endure typical use over time.
