Carlisle 40380 Description
The Carlisle 4038000 Sparta® Chef Series™ basting brush has a circular design that distributes juices and melted oils on top of meat. Made of boar bristles, which are bleached and sterilized, they can withstand temperatures as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The bristles are double boiled to ensure a long lifespan, and their split ends help evenly glaze oils and sauces on hot foods. Epoxy set into brown plastic ferrules, these bristles are secured to the brush and reduce air pockets that harbor bacteria. It includes a lacquered hardwood handle that is durable enough for frequent use.
