Carlisle 4037800 Description

The Carlisle 4037800 Sparta Meteor® basting brush is excellent for brushing butter over croissants and egg wash onto pie crust. Its boar-hair bristles are water resistant and have been bleached for sanitation. A hole in the end of the handle can be used to hang the pastry brush for storage, and a hook on its side prevents the brush from falling into pots.

    "I use this brush for everything from garlic toast to BBQ on the grill. The hook keeps the brush from sliding down the bowl, as well as mashing the bristles. I used this type of brush for many years when i was in the restaurant biz. I missed having items like this and all the little helpers we had. I was glad to find them."
