Eurodib SR23 Description
Using circulating water and accurate temperature levels, the Eurodib SR23 Softcooker sous vide cooker brings food to precise levels. It has an electronic controller so users can accurately set the temperature, and it can be monitored in Fahrenheit or Celsius on the bright LED display. Frequently used recipes can be programmed and stored in the machine.
A lid is included with the Eurodib SR23 sous vide cooker, keeping heat inside the tank and reducing water evaporation. It has carrying handles on the sides for comfortable transport and a drain for cleaning. The heating element is positioned under the tank for uniform, efficient heating and has thermal protection to prevent overheating.
