Eurodib SFE04910 Description
Great for breakfast joints, the Eurodib SFE041910-240 electric griddle simultaneously cooks high volumes of food. Its 1⁄2-inch-thick polished steel cooking surface increases high-heat contact, and its 3,600 wattage helps the unit heat quickly and maintain heat throughout use. Users control temperature settings to properly cook specific foods by setting temperatures into the built-in thermostat, and with a temperature range between 140 and 560 degrees Fahrenheit, foods can be thoroughly cooked or simply reheated. An indicator light switches on when the griddle reaches its desired heat, and if it gets too hot, thermal overload protection helps prevent overheating.
A stainless steel backsplash and removable drip tray are built into the Eurodib SFE041910-240 electric griddle to improve safety conditions. Because the griddle is positioned on a countertop, the backsplash stops grease from spilling over its sides, reducing cleanup. The drip tray, which is located at the front of the griddle, can be removed and dumped after the grease cools to simplify maintenance and reduce burn risks. The griddle is designed to stay in place with its four nonslip rubber feet, so accidentally bumping into it will not cause it to slide.
