The InSinkErator SS-100-12B-MS 2301 disposer package uses a manual switch for single-direction operation to enhance control over each cycle. Its stainless steel build supports long-term use, while the 12-inch-diameter bowl and 6 5⁄8-inch inlet provide a clear path for waste to enter the grinding chamber. To keep debris within the intake zone, the unit incorporates a sleeve guard and splash baffle. This system includes a siphon breaker, solenoid valve, and flow control valve to maintain proper movement through the disposer.
