Because it uses burr grinders to grind the beans, operators have more control over the grind texture than with blade grinders, so they can choose between a fine powder, medium, or coarse grind. Designed to control portions, the unit grinds coffee directly into coffee filter baskets, which is ideal for drip coffee or BUNN units that are made with large brew funnels. The hopper can hold 9 pounds of coffee beans, and its stainless finish looks great in front-of-house applications.
