The Blodgett MARKV-200DBL-VLF double-deck convection oven can cook 10 full-size food pans at once. Because it uses convection technology, it cooks rapidly and evenly, while its bakery depth accommodates large products. Each compartment has five chrome-plated wire racks that can be adjusted to suit different needs.

Using solid-state digital controls, the Blodgett MARKV-200DBL-VLF electric convection oven can be adjusted to a set level between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Its interior is heated by tubular elements and lined with porcelain for streamlined cleaning. The simultaneous doors have glass panels.
