Each deck accommodates five full-size baking pans, totaling 10 per unit, though these are not included. A stainless steel exterior provides durability and resistance to corrosion, while an oleophobic interior liner repels grease buildup for easier cleaning. The oven is insulated with solid mineral fiber to minimize heat loss, and the interior halogen lights enhance visibility for monitoring.
Designed for precision and reliability, the Blodgett MARK V-200 DBL convection oven is equipped with solid state controls and a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Three tubular heaters deliver consistent heat, while a two-speed fan motor and aluminized blower wheel evenly distribute airflow for uniform baking. Dual-paned thermal glass doors improve heat retention and incorporate a simultaneous door-opening mechanism for quick access.
