Blodgett MARK V-200 DBL Description
Designed for high-volume baking, the Blodgett MARK V-200 DBL convection oven features two decks and a bakery-depth construction to maximize cooking capacity. Each deck accommodates five full-size baking pans, totaling 10 per unit, though these are not included. A stainless steel exterior enhances durability, while the oleophobic interior liner resists grease buildup for simplified cleaning. Its solid mineral fiber insulation minimizes heat loss, maintaining energy efficiency and consistent cooking temperatures. The unit is fitted with halogen interior lighting to enhance visibility during operation.
The Blodgett MARK V-200 DBL convection oven delivers precise temperature control with solid state controls and a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Three tubular heaters generate consistent heat, while a two-speed fan motor and aluminized blower wheel ensure even air distribution for uniform baking. The dual-paned thermal glass doors improve heat retention and incorporate a simultaneous door-opening mechanism for operator convenience. For ease of maintenance, a slide-out control panel is integrated into the design. The oven is supported by 6-inch adjustable legs.
