Blodgett MARK V-200 BASE Description
The Blodgett MARK V-200 BASE convection oven accommodates five standard full-size baking pans, though these are not included, and comes with five repositionable, chrome-plated racks for flexible cooking configurations. Its stainless steel exterior enhances durability, while the oleophobic interior compartment liner repels grease to simplify cleaning. Solid mineral fiber insulation reduces heat loss, maintaining energy efficiency. Interior halogen lights enhance visibility, while the dual-paned thermal glass doors retain heat and improve efficiency. A simultaneous door opening mechanism and triple-mounted pressure door lock ensure a secure seal.
For precise temperature management, the Blodgett MARK V-200 BASE convection oven features solid-state controls with a holding range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Three tubular heaters generate consistent heat, while a two-speed fan motor and aluminized blower wheel evenly distribute airflow. To protect internal components, the unit is equipped with automatic thermal overload protection and a control area cooling fan. The slide-out control panel simplifies maintenance and servicing. This unit does not include legs.
