Built for precise performance, the Blodgett MARK V-100 BASE commercial convection oven operates within a temperature holding range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, managed through a touchscreen controller with an integrated meat probe for real-time monitoring. Three tubular heaters provide steady heating, while a two-speed fan motor optimizes airflow control. Automatic thermal overload protection safeguards internal components, and a control area cooling fan prevents overheating. The modular slide-out control panel facilitates maintenance. Designed for flexible installation, this base unit does not include legs, making it ideal for stacking configurations or placement on an existing base.
The Blodgett MARK V-100 BASE full-size convection oven is a single-deck, base-only unit designed for high-capacity commercial baking and roasting. Its stainless steel exterior enhances durability, while the oleophobic compartment liner minimizes grease buildup to simplify cleaning.
