Blodgett MARK V-100 Description
The Blodgett MARK V-100 SGL full-size convection oven comes with five chrome-plated racks. These can be placed in 11 positions with a minimum 15⁄8-inch spacing. The interior is double sided and made of porcelain, so it is easy to clean. Lights in the cavity illuminate the cooking product so users can monitor the cooking process, which can be done without opening the doors since they have double-pane viewing windows.
The doors open easily with the turnbuckle assembly, opening them simultaneously. This Blodgett MARK V-100 SGL full-size convection oven has solid-state digital controls that operate from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Its two-speed fan ensures that heat in the cavity is distributed evenly. This fan has a pulse feature that is perfect for browning delicate items.
