Blodgett MARK V-200 SGL Description
The Blodgett MARK V-200 SGL full-size convection oven is a single-deck unit with a bakery-depth cavity, designed for high-capacity baking and roasting. Its stainless steel exterior ensures durability, while the oleophobic compartment liner resists grease buildup, simplifying cleaning. Solid mineral fiber insulation retains heat efficiently, and the aluminized blower wheel ensures even airflow throughout the cooking chamber. Two dual-pane thermal windowed doors with a curved aluminum handle are designed with a simultaneous door opening mechanism, enabling easy access to the interior. The oven includes five repositionable chrome-plated racks and two halogen interior lights for improved visibility.
Engineered for precision cooking, the Blodgett MARK V-200 SGL commercial oven is equipped with a touchscreen controller and an integrated meat probe for accurate temperature monitoring. It maintains a holding range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and operates with three tubular heaters. A two-speed fan motor distributes heat evenly, while automatic thermal overload protection enhances safety. The control area cooling fan prevents overheating, and the modular slide-out control panel facilitates maintenance. The unit stands on 25-inch adjustable stainless steel legs and requires hardwire installation.
