Blodgett HVH-100E BASE Description
The Blodgett HVH-100E BASE full-size electric convection oven is part of the HydroVection™ series, designed for high-volume kitchens that require precise airflow and temperature control. Its stainless steel exterior ensures durability, while the 304 stainless steel coved interior simplifies cleaning and prevents food buildup. The welded angle-iron frame enhances structural integrity, and the 21/2-inch blanket insulation improves heat retention. Two black-framed, dual-pane tempered glass doors provide visibility, while a single curved handle enables simultaneous split operation with a catch-latch system.
The Blodgett HVH-100E BASE oven accommodates five 18-inch by 26-inch pans (not included) and operates with a temperature range of 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit features Helix forced-air cooling and a four-speed automatic-reversing fan motor for even heat distribution. A one-touch 7-inch touchscreen control panel stores up to 500 recipes and supports rack timing. Six tubular heater elements provide reliable heating, while the hydrovection and hot-air cooking modes allow flexible cooking operations. The programmable system includes a USB connection for streamlined data transfer, and a 4-inch removable fillet core temperature probe enables precise internal monitoring.
