The Blodgett HV-100E ADD full-size electric convection oven is designed for precision cooking with enhanced moisture control. Its stainless steel exterior resists corrosion, while the 304 stainless steel coved interior simplifies cleaning. A 2¹/₂-inch blanket of insulation retains heat, and the welded angle-iron frame ensures long-term durability. The two black-framed, dual-pane tempered glass doors, fitted with a single curved handle, operate simultaneously using a split catch-latch system. To enhance user control, this unit includes a hand shower, two xenon interior lights, and an integrated oven drain.

Engineered for versatility, the Blodgett HV-100E ADD digital convection oven features a programmable controller that stores up to 100 recipes and maintains temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The six tubular heater elements generate consistent heat, while incremental humidity control, hot air cooking mode, and a hydroburst feature provide flexible cooking conditions. The included core probe and a 4-inch removable fillet core temperature probe enable precise internal temperature monitoring.
