The Blodgett DFG-50 ADDL half-size convection oven holds five 18-inch by 26-inch pans. Its stainless steel exterior resists corrosion, while the porcelain interior simplifies cleaning. Mineral fiber insulation retains heat, and the aluminized steel combustion chamber enhances efficiency. A dual-pane tempered glass door provides visibility, and the chrome-plated handle ensures a secure grip. The tilt-down control panel enables access to settings, while the dual inlet blower wheel ensures even heat distribution.
Designed for efficiency, the Blodgett DFG-50 ADDL single-deck gas oven features a dual flow gas system for consistent heating. Its electronic spark ignition ensures quick startup, while the removable dual tube burner simplifies maintenance. Adjustable air mixers with shutters regulate combustion, and the solid-state thermostat provides a 200 to 500 degree Fahrenheit range. A one-speed fan and blower motor ensure even airflow, with automatic thermal overload protection. A control area cooling fan prevents overheating.
