Blodgett DFG-200 BASE Description

The Blodgett DFG-200 BASE full-size convection oven is designed for high-volume and bakery applications. Its bakery-depth cavity accommodates five 18-inch by 26-inch pans, maximizing cooking capacity. The stainless steel exterior resists corrosion, while the oleophobic interior liner simplifies cleaning. Reinforced with a full angle-iron frame and insulated with mineral fiber, the oven retains heat efficiently. Two dual-pane thermal glass doors open simultaneously to minimize heat loss. These doors feature a stainless steel frame, curved aluminum handles, and a triple-mounted pressure lock. Interior halogen lighting improves visibility, and a slide-out control panel provides easy access to key functions.

The Blodgett DFG-200 BASE convection oven operates with a direct-fired gas system and removable dual-tube burners. An electronic spark ignition system ensures reliable startup, while the solid-state thermostat maintains temperatures between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A two-speed fan motor and control area cooling fan help distribute heat evenly. For safety, the oven includes an internal pressure regulator and a manual gas service cut-off switch. The artisan touchscreen control panel supports multiple cooking modes, including manual operation, recipe programming, cook and hold, core probe cooling, fan delay, and fan pulse.
