The Blodgett CTBR ADDL half-size convection oven is engineered for durability and precision, making it ideal for commercial baking applications. Its stainless steel exterior resists corrosion and daily wear, while the porcelain-lined interior simplifies cleanup and ensures even heat distribution. Mineral fiber insulation helps retain heat for energy-efficient operation. The unit accommodates five 13-inch by 18-inch pans across five adjustable chrome-plated racks, allowing operators to configure the oven space based on their cooking needs. A dual-pane windowed door with a stainless steel frame provides visibility into the baking chamber while minimizing heat loss.
