Blodgett CTB ADDL Description
The Blodgett CTB ADDL half-size convection oven is designed for high-volume baking in commercial kitchens. It accommodates five 13-inch by 18-inch pans on five adjustable chrome-plated racks, offering flexibility for different cooking needs. Its solid-state infinite controls provide separate dials for thermostat and timer adjustments, while the two-speed fan ensures even heat distribution. The single left-hinged door features a dual-pane thermal glass window, allowing operators to monitor cooking progress without opening the oven.
Built with durability in mind, the Blodgett CTB ADDL convection oven features a stainless steel exterior and a double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner for easy cleaning. Mineral fiber insulation enhances heat retention, while the full angle-iron frame provides structural integrity. The oven operates with two tubular heaters and a solid-state thermostat, maintaining temperatures between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A tilt-down modular front control panel houses dial knobs for easy operation, and the unit includes a thermal overload motor protection system with a cooling fan.
