Blodgett CTB ADDL Description
The Blodgett CTB ADDL half-size electric convection oven is a compact, high-performance solution for commercial kitchens. Designed to accommodate five 13-inch by 18-inch pans, it includes five adjustable chrome-plated racks for flexible baking configurations. Solid-state controls with separate thermostat and timer dials enable precise temperature adjustments, while the two-speed fan distributes heat evenly for consistent cooking results. The stainless steel exterior provides durability, and the double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner ensures easy cleaning. A left-hinged, dual-pane thermal glass door allows operators to monitor food without releasing heat, improving efficiency.
The Blodgett CTB ADDL convection oven integrates safety and efficiency features to support high-demand environments. It operates within a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and includes two tubular heaters for even heat distribution. A tilt-down modular front control panel provides quick access to the solid-state thermostat and 60-minute timer. Built with a full angle-iron frame and mineral fiber insulation, this unit maintains stable internal temperatures. To enhance reliability, it features thermal overload motor protection and a cooling fan.
