Blodgett BX-14G Description
The Blodgett BX-14G DBL double combi oven has a stainless steel exterior to resist dents and scratches, while the interior is made of fully-insulated stainless steel. It is natural gas powered and has a retractable hose reel with a front water shut off valve. Users can upload 100 recipes with the USB connection, while the combi-oven has cooking options such as pressureless steam, hot air, a combination of hot air and steam, cool down mode, steam-on-demand, and more. Included are five stainless steel wire racks per section, and a dual stage door latch vents interior steam before opening the door.
The Blodgett BX-14G DBL full-size combi oven has a four-speed, bi-directional fan that monitors and controls humidity in the cooking chamber. An open vented system condenses steam, drains by-products, and stops flavor transfer. Halogen lights illuminate the interior cabinet, while a pressure spray bottle simplifies cleaning. A cavity vent control releases interior steam with the push of a button. A four-inch, removable temperature probe and stacking kit are included, while four-inch casters are provided for movement.
