Blodgett BX-14G Description
With an adjustable thermostat, temperatures in the Blodgett BX-14GDBL double full-size combi oven range from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A multiple speed, reversible fan circulates the heated air throughout the cabinet to provide an even bake. The control system has functions for hot air, humidity, and cool down. An additional feature for steaming on demand sends steam into the compartments during any cooking cycle. A 4-inch temperature probe can be used when roasting meats, ensuring the internal temperature is accurate. There is space in the system to store 100 recipes through a USB port.
Made of stainless steel, there are 10 corrosion-resistant, heavy-duty racks included with this Blodgett BX-14GDBL double full-size combi oven. It can accommodate 14 full-size sheet pans or 28 full-size hotel pans on stainless steel rails. The interior liners are made of stainless steel and have coved corners, so they are easy to clean. Halogen lights illuminate the interior to help the user supervise product through the glass windows.
