Compatible with cooking displays, kiosks, and convenience stores, the Blodgett 1415SINGLE 208/1 countertop pizza deck oven measures 27¹⁄₄ inches wide by 23⁵⁄₈ inches deep by 20³⁄₄ inches high. Its stainless steel front, top, and sides, and aluminized steel back and bottom withstand high-volume use and can be wiped clean. Operators can open the drop-down door to load pizza directly onto the 20-inch-wide by 20-inch-deep Cordierite deck. This stone surface maximizes heat transfer, resulting in crispy crusts.

This Blodgett 1415SINGLE 208/1 single-deck pizza oven uses three tubular-type heaters to produce even heat circulation. Operators can manipulate temperatures from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit using the thermostat-actuated contactor heater control, which displays temperatures on the solid-state digital interface. So employees can perform other tasks without monitoring pizzas frequently, they can use this technology to set an alarm, which sounds once the set time has elapsed. To preserve programmed temperatures for consecutive cooking, 1-inch high-temperature sheet insulation made of mineral fiber is built into the unit's top, back, sides, and bottom.
