Blodgett 1415 Description
Featuring double decks, the Blodgett 1415 countertop pizza oven can cook two pizzas at once, doubling a location's output. This unit can be stacked for streamlined installation and has 4-inch legs for support. Each deck has a temperature range from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and provides 20 inches by 20 inches of internal space to support preparation of large pizzas. Because it fits on a counter or equipment stand, this unit is a good choice for locations that sell a low volume of pizzas and have limited floor space for extra equipment.
Made of stainless and aluminized steel, the Blodgett 1415 double-deck countertop pizza oven is rust resistant and can withstand heavy use. Its interior oven cavity is also lined with aluminized steel for fast, even heat transfer. To access the oven's interior, users can open its drop-down door. Inside, this oven can accommodate items as tall as 9 inches, and it features three tube-type heaters for fast cooking.
