Slicing as many as 240 loaves in an hour, the Doyon SM302 bread slicer cuts bread into slices that measure 5⁄8 inch thick. Compatible with loaves that measure up to 15 inches long by 5 inches tall, the unit accepts large loaves of bread. Since a 22-inch gravity feed chute feeds the loaves into the slicing area, there is added safety compared to non-gravity-fed models. The Doyon SM302 bread slicer sits on tables for convenient operation.
