The Doyon PIZ6 triple deck oven includes three oven cavities with perforated decks to create ideal airflow, each of which accommodates two 18-inch-diameter pizzas. To withstand heavy use, the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel. It heats up to cooking temperature in 15 to 20 minutes, and its maximum temperature is 600 degrees Fahrenheit. For even cooking, a reversing fan system uniformly distributes heat, while the Doyon PIZ6 countertop oven has a digital display that shows the cook time.
