The Doyon PIZ3G triple deck oven is constructed of stainless steel to resist corrosion and dents, while three baking compartments have nickel-plated, perforated decks to ensure crust gets crispy. Operators can check on product without releasing heat since it has full view glass windows in the doors and lights that shine on pizzas. Heat is evenly distributed with the reversing fan system. It takes the Doyon PIZ3G countertop oven 15 to 20 minutes to preheat, and its maximum temperature is 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Natural gas heats the unit.
