Doyon PIZ3 Description
The Doyon PIZ3 triple deck oven is constructed of stainless steel to withstand heavy use, to check on product without releasing heat, the unit has full-view windows. Product visibility is enhanced by the interior lights, while the decks are perforated to provide airflow and coated in nickel to resist scratches. Pizzas can go through the fast bake mode in 5 to 6 minutes when the temperature is set at 500 degrees Fahrenheit, usually preheating in 15 to 20 minutes. The maximum temperature in the Doyon PIZ3 triple deck oven is 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
