Doyon JA8X Description
The Doyon JA8X Jet-Air convection oven uses a reversing two-speed fan system to cook food, enabling chefs to set it for their cooking needs. This oven has a temperature limit of 500 degrees Fahrenheit for a wide cooking range. Its programmable controls can be set using the touchscreen.
With a stainless steel cabinet and exterior, the Doyon JA8X commercial convection oven is built to withstand banging, gouging, and potential rust. Internal cabinet lighting enables chefs to see through glass panes on the oven's doors. The cabinet can hold eight full-size sheet pans, boosting a kitchen's rate of production.
