Doyon JA8X Description
Because the Doyon JA8X single convection oven has glass doors, employees can monitor food in the cabinet while it cooks. To further improve visibility, the cabinet is lit with bright interior lights. Easing operation, this unit has a touchscreen with a timer so users know how long food has been cooking. For one-handed operation, the doors open dependently, and when they are opened, the fan blower shuts off automatically so hot air doesn't escape.
The Doyon JA8X full-size convection oven uses a shot-and-pulse system and reversible fan to heat products. Depending on the food being cooked, the fan can be set to high or low, and to facilitate cleaning, the interior and exterior are made of wipeable stainless steel. So it will withstand frequent use, this material enhances durability.
