Doyon JA8X Description
The Doyon JA8X commercial convection oven features a touchscreen interface and programmable controls. Its heat limit is 500 degrees Fahrenheit, meaning it can cook at high and low levels to adjust for unique food products. A two-speed, reversing fan system adds options to the oven, enabling chefs to use different speeds for different products.
This Doyon JA8X Jet-Air convection oven can cook several batches of food simultaneously with its holding capacity of eight full-size sheet pans. Its cabinet is illuminated to display food as it cooks, so chefs can monitor product during cooking. The unit's stainless steel construction is durable and long lasting, offering excellent resistance to corrosion and scrapes.
