Doyon E336TLO Description
The Doyon E336TLO proofer is great for proofing dough before it is baked, accepting three double racks or six single racks. Glass doors and bright lights provide visibility into the cabinet, so staff members can check on dough without interrupting the proofing process. Humidity is maintained around 95 percent, and temperatures range from 90 to 110 degrees. Since it is electronic, users can monitor the timer with little effort. Constructed of stainless steel, this proofing cabinet withstands high-volume use, and racks are supported by the aluminum interior floor.
