Doyon E336R Description
The Doyon E336R roll-in proofer cabinet has three sections that accept three single racks. The full glass doors open with heavy-duty pull handles and provide visibility of product without releasing heat. Interior lights shine on the proofing dough to ensure the product can be seen. Maintaining a temperature range of 90 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit, the proofer has an airflow heating system designed to maintain an even combination of heat and humidity. Heat and humidity—as well as the timer—are controlled electronically on this roll-in proofer. The interior and exterior are constructed of stainless steel and the interior floor is made of aluminum for durability.
