Doyon E336 Description
The Doyon E336 proofer produces humidity at 95 percent and temperatures remain between 90 and 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Both heat and humidity are distributed evenly throughout the cabinet by the heating system. It accepts two single racks and 10 shelves or three single racks. Its aluminum floor facilitates cleaning and the rest of the unit is made of durable stainless steel. Clear doors and bright lights provide visibility into the cabinet without an interruption to proofing. This proofing cabinet has pull handles on the doors for accessibility.
