Doyon E236TLO Description
The Doyon E236TLO proofing cabinet uses its heating system to spread heat and humidity evenly. It ranges from 90 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit and relative humidity stays around 95 percent. Time counts down electronically on the control panel. Four single racks or two double racks fit inside the cabinet, which is accessible by opening the pull-handle doors. Since the doors are clear, proofing product is visible without interrupting the process. Bright lights shine on the racks for additional visibility. This proofer has an aluminum interior floor that resists corrosion.
