Doyon E236TLO Description
The Doyon E236TLO roll-in proofer can accommodate four single racks or two double racks. They roll into the cabinet and the doors are opened with pull handles. The operator can check on the proofing process through the glass door using bright interior lights illuminating the dough. Heat and humidity are controlled electronically and evenly distributed by the heating system. The countdown timer has an electronic display to track how long dough has been inside the unit. This roll-in proofing cabinet has automatic water entry and doesn't require a drain.
