The Doyon E236R roll-in proofing cabinet is made of aluminum and stainless steel to resist corrosion and simplify cleaning. Heat and humidity levels are controlled electronically and are distributed evenly by the airflow heating system. The user can monitor proof times and cooking product using the electronic countdown timer, the clear-view doors, and bright interior lighting. Pull handles on the doors withstand constant use.
