Doyon DRIP1TLO Description
The Doyon DRIP1TLO roll-in proofing cabinet accepts one double or two single racks, and it's designed to hold bread dough as it proofs. Temperatures range from 90 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit at 95 percent relative humidity. The countdown timer is electronic—as is the heat and humidity control—for intuitive monitoring and use. Bright lights illuminate the interior for visibility so operators can monitor cooking product. The aluminum interior floor repels corrosion and the stainless steel construction resists scratches and stains.
