The Doyon DRIP1 roll-in proofer cabinet has a powerful and efficient airflow heating system that maintains the ideal proportion of heat and humidity. Its electronic controls are located at eye level so they can be clearly monitored. The heavy-duty stainless steel construction won't rust, dent, or scratch, and the glass doors and brightly lit interior enable the user to discern when the dough is ready to come out.
