The Doyon D20 hydraulic dough divider produces 20 portions of dough. These portions weigh between 31/2 and 28 ounces, and this unit accommodates 35 pounds of dough. Stainless steel construction makes the unit durable and corrosion resistant. Its blades are made of stainless steel that washes quickly. A Teflon coating prevents dough from sticking to the shapers.
