The Doyon BTF040 planetary mixer offers 20 speed control settings, enabling the operator to mix, beat, whip, aerate, and whisk product. This mixer doesn't need to be stopped when adjusting the speed, so users can save time when preparing multi-step recipes. Its see-through, stainless steel bowl guard, automatic bowl lock, and emergency stop function prevent accidental injury when using the mixer.
To prevent over-mixing, the Doyon BTF040 commercial mixer comes with a 99-minute timer to support multitasking while preparing dough or batter. Its digital control screen enables precise adjustments to the speed and time settings, and seven programmable presets streamline the creation of frequently prepared recipes. Four casters enable the mixer to be repositioned without strain, and the heavy-duty steel frame is coated with lead-free enamel that resists stuck-on dough.
