Doyon 4T1 Description
In its single cavity, the Doyon 4T-1 deck oven can hold four pans, while its 8-inch opening accommodates various products, such as bagels, croissants, breads, and pizzas. A 1-inch-thick stone deck is inside and creates crispy crusts. For accurate results, heat in the bottom, top, and front sections is individually controlled, and on the electronic control panel, users can monitor the temperature and cooking time. The self-contained steam injection system is manually controlled and ensures food stays moist. Mounted on casters, the Doyon 4T-1 single deck oven is convenient to move when cleaning underneath.
