Doyon 2T4 Description
The Doyon 2T-4 deck oven has four oven chambers that are 8 inches tall, and each chamber has a 1-inch-thick stone deck and an injection system that adds steam to keep foods moist. Individual temperatures and cook times are displayed on the separate electronic control boards, while top, bottom, and front heat are controlled individually. Because this unit is thermally insulated, heat is trapped in the chambers instead of spreading to other compartments, and for visibility, lights inside the chambers shine on products. Two pans fit in each compartment, enabling the baker to prepare multiple breads, pastries, and pizzas at once. Equipped with a stand, the Doyon 2T-4 deck oven is lifted to a comfortable working height, and casters are included to provide mobility.
