The Bakemax BMVC001 vegetable cutter is constructed of stainless steel for substantial durability and corrosion resistance. This unit features a compact design, measuring 20 inches wide by 9 inches deep by 22¹¹/₂₅ inches tall; it's designed to be used on a worktable or countertop workspace. The cutter produces 110 to 1,000 pounds of raw vegetables an hour to keep up with the demands of a busy establishment. It features a continuous feed chute, while its motor works at a fixed speed of 270 revolutions per minute.

The Bakemax BMVC001 vegetable cutter can slice, grate, or shred vegetables and fruits as needed. A variety of applications and uses are achieved using the five discs that come with the cutter. It ships with two slicing discs measuring 2¹/₂ millimeters and 4¹/₂ millimeters can be used to evenly cut potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, and other produce items. It also comes with 3-millimeter, 4-millimeter, and 7-millimeter shredding discs.
