Bakemax BMTD003 Description
The Bakemax BMTD003 all-purpose deck oven measures 573/10 inches wide and 83 inches high, providing three separate decks to hold a total of nine pans (not included). To accommodate real-time production needs, the unit’s steel decks can be removed when needed. This tall unit has adjustable doors with large, tempered windows that enable users to view the products’ doneness. The exterior body is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability, and the high-grade steel chamber has a stone hearth bottom for crispier results. For insulation, the cabinet features rock wool material to minimize heat loss.
This Bakemax BMTD003 triple all-purpose deck oven has a digital control system on each deck. The digital display allows operators to track the oven’s conditions, and it's LED illuminated for a simple view. Each compartment can reach a maximum of 572 degrees Fahrenheit, which is tracked continuously using thermocouple sensors. Quick recovery is achieved using the compartment steam generator, and the heating elements are placed at the top and bottom of the chamber for even heat distribution. This unit is supported by sturdy legs with lockable casters.
